On the pickup date we de-install and remove every cable. Recorded footage is handed over on request before the drive is wiped.

What a short-term rental actually includes
A working setup is never just cameras. A typical rental goes out as IP cameras, a network video recorder with a hard disk sized to your retention period, a PoE switch to power the cameras over the same cable that carries their video, and the Cat6 to connect it all. We bring every part of that.
Our technicians mount the cameras where they will actually see something, run and dress the cable, configure the recorder, and set up remote viewing so your team can watch the feed from a phone. On the pickup date we come back, take it down and leave the site as we found it. Footage recorded during the period is handed over on request before the drive is wiped for the next job.
Everything is priced per day and quoted to your job — how many cameras, how many days, and where the site is. Longer bookings are charged at a lower daily rate. Call us with your dates and camera count and we'll send a firm quote the same day.

Common questions
Q.What is the minimum rental period?
One day. Plenty of our bookings are a single wedding evening or a two-day exhibition. There is no minimum week or month, though longer bookings get a lower daily rate.
Q.Do you install the cameras or do I?
We do. Installation, cabling, recorder configuration and remote viewing setup are all part of the rental. You do not need an electrician or a separate contractor.
Q.Can I watch the cameras on my phone?
Yes. We configure mobile viewing on your phone before we leave site, so you and whoever you nominate can see every camera live from anywhere with internet.
Q.What happens to the recorded footage?
It stays on the recorder for the length of your rental. If you need any of it — an incident, a theft, a dispute — tell us before pickup and we hand it over on a drive. Otherwise the disk is wiped before the next booking.
Q.How many cameras do I need?
For a pandal, usually four to six: both gates, the donation counter and the main deity area. A stall needs two. A wedding hall needs three to four. Send us the layout or call and we will size it for you.
Q.Is there a deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit based on the value of the kit, cleared before dispatch. It comes back within 3–5 working days of the equipment being returned and checked. See the rental terms for the full policy.
Q.Will the cameras work outdoors in the rain?
Our outdoor bullet and dome units are weatherproof rated, which matters for a Ganpati pandal in September. Tell us which positions are exposed and we will send the right units for them.
Q.What if a camera fails during my event?
Call us and we replace it. Faults during the rental period are covered — you are renting working coverage, not a box of hardware.
